As you may be aware, your dental benefits as a Medicaid beneficiary will be administered by the Arkansas Department of Human Services instead of Delta Dental Smiles, effective Nov. 1, 2024.
To avoid an interruption of dental care and customer support, please note the following changes:
1) Your dental benefits will be administered by Delta Dental Smiles through October 31.
2) Please keep using your Delta Dental Smiles ID card through October 31 when obtaining dental care.
3) Beginning November 1, start using your Medicaid ID card for all dental services.
